Fellow Vancouverite Bob Rock of the Payolas produced this modestly appealing pop punk. But one of Pointed Sticks' earlier 45s ("What Do You Want Me to Do?" b/w "Somebody's Mom") boded far better. The faint stirrings of imaginative pop on Side Two don't go far enough, either, and Nick Jones' mischievous Everly Brothers-ish voice can't carry it alone.
