Accordion, horns, yelps and general lunacy? Yep, it must be San Francisco's Polkacide, the post-punk art concept (a sometimes bassist is in Tragic Mulatto) that dresses funny and whacks out convincing and generally reverent polkas with occasional vocals. Polkacide contains such nerve-rattling winners as "Baruska" (with a noise guitar solo), the venerable "Who Stole the Keeshka?" (interesting phonetic spelling there) and "In Heaven There Is No Beer." Hardly rock, but certainly a refreshing change of pace.
