Oh my God. By coincidence, I just bought a new copy of Beaster (1.99) and was crankin Tilted on the way to work this morning. I will be deaf by 50. I totally need this also.

I thought the same thing, especially since Ryko's CDs still sound darn good. But I pre-ordered anyway. If nothing else it'll consolidate the room on my CD shelf, since the songs on Besides are being spread out over the reissues and Copper Blue and Beaster are being packaged together.
Bob Mould also has a new power trio solo record coming out later this year called Silver Age.

On some level I actually prefer Sugar to Husker Du (though not on all levels and yeah I miss Grant when I do listen to them). I think you can make a case that Copper Blue is the best thing Bob ever did. I like the candy coated yumminess of FUEL too - half of it at least - some of that material is dodgier.
Some of their best stuff was non-album anyway which makes this sort of attractive to waste money on - "Needle Hits E", the "Armenia City In The Sky" cover, etc.

... and some of us had the Sugar EPs, and the Besides compilation, and the The Joke is Always on Us, Sometimes live record already, but heck.
The opening few seconds of "Feeling Better," from Beaster, is one of the bits that will play in my brain, like, forever.
