Feasible? Cost-effective? A huge-ass, thicker-than-a-phone-book (remember phone books?) that would be 900-1,000 pages, same original typeface, but limited pressing and each copy would only be sold at brick-and-mortar record stores and bookstores. It could work for a National Record Store 2013 item. Toss RSD a few freebies to get resold on ebay and then retail the rest of 'em. I know a hard copy, dog-eared TP will never be back like it used to be, but has a special 'one-time-only' pressing ever been considered?
