Their probably very busy Brooklyn session men by now.
No matter, together with Baxter Clement and Bill Brattelle, from north carolina best as i can recall: were the BLONDES inc.
The band's thrilling 2003 album was one of the best CD's pressed in the most overpopulated year since the Fed invented the 1964 Thomas Jefferson nickel.
Sure, the self titled record starts out more PALE SAINTS than MY BLOODY VALENTINE, but stick round long enough to feel the thumping reward the sound rabbit punches against a now bloated midsection of a CBGB historians gut might make. All while the ghosts of Entwhistle & Moon rub the Buddah bellies of 'Quadrophenia" era WHO fans everywhere. Oh, the verbosity.

Following Interpol's "Turn on Your Bright Lights" but predating Boston's MISSION of BURMA's 2004 on/off (icing on the cake, that one), BLONDES inc. is post 9-11 New York power pop at its best.
